The courtyard formed between the U-shaped building volumes blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, becoming a landscape at the center of everyday life. The stepping stones and deck at the center encourage a slower pace of movement and moments of pause, rather than directing circulation in a rigid linear way. Small water features and seating areas do not establish a dominant focal point, but instead gently dissolve into the planting, creating subtle scenes of quiet retreat.
